Q. What’s it like working for a company that’s been around for so long?
I’m impressed by Armanino’s continuous innovation. They have the courage to keep changing and adapting to what our clients need. Although the company has been around for a long time, it still has the feel of a very dynamic, growing, mid-sized company—much like the clients we serve.
Q. If you could go back in time and change some aspect of your life, what would that change be?
I would have eaten better in college.
Q. If you could pass on a nugget of wisdom to aspiring consultants, what would that be?
“Listen more than you talk.” “Seek first to understand.” “Don’t jump to a solution,” which is a tendency of consultants.

Great Barrier Reef in Australia; I put aside traditional living for a while and lived aboard a dive boat there.
