Q and A

As an engineering student, I struggled to understand Einstein's force vectors. Fortunately, my mathematical abilities transitioned easily into accounting. I liked the problem-solving aspect of accounting.

Q. What can we learn from the past in our profession?

Stay focused on integrity. The best thing we have is our reputation.

Q. Describe your work style

I'm a very hands-off manager. I manage people the way in which I like to be managed.

Q. If you could go back and change any aspect of your life, which would it be?

I would have played baseball for my university, rather than a semi-pro league.

Q. Who is/was the most influential person in your life?

My dad. He played pro ball, hence my huge interest in sports. Any way you look at it, he was a major influence in my life.
