Health Benefits: Armanino provides employees with medical, dental and vision and requires no monthly contribution.

Our plan allows employees to make pre-tax contributions to pay for eligible healthcare and dependent care expenses.

Life insurance, long-term care insurance, AD&D and short-term and long-term disability plans are offered at no cost to the employee. Voluntary accident insurance is offered at additional cost.

Domestic partner benefits are provided for same sex and opposite sex domestic partners. Domestic partners may be covered under the Medical, Dental and Vision plans.

Financial/Savings: Employees can immediately start contributing to our 401K plan, which offers a variety of investment options.

Armanino McKenna offers employees a combined three weeks per year for vacations, illnesses and personal business, which increases to four weeks per year after five years of service or promotion to manager. We also offer eight paid holidays per year.
