The CFO Evolution was launched with one goal in mind: to help enable CFO organizations to become strategic and forward-thinking business leaders. The creation of the CFO Evolution stemmed from an increasing desire and demand from CFO organizations to increase their roles in business leadership.
The CFO Evolution is a set of initiatives focused on people, process and technology. It Streamlines the Accounting function, Optimizes the Protector role, and Elevates Business Leadership activities, enhancing the value of the CFO Organization. The CFO Evolution was created to help organizations focus more time and energy on these value-added activities.
The CFO Evolution strives to educate CFO organizations with regional, valuable information distributed through newsletters, an education series, benchmark surveys and other resources provided to give you the tools, ideas, and inspiration to accomplish your own CFO Evolution.
Participate in our 2012 CFO Benchmark Survey
Armanino McKenna is again conducting our CFO Benchmark Study to compare CFO organizations and identify the best in class CFOs and how they're impacting their organizations. This year we have added questions that will add further robustness and insight to the study. Once the survey is completed, there are some preliminary findings that will outline important benchmarking data. We would highly encourage your participation this year as it only takes 10-15 minutes to complete the survey but will contain a wealth of information for your future.
