Armanino went to work, first identifying areas of deficiency in internal controls. We then suggested and implemented financial controls that would strengthen Accuray’s internal control systems and controls. With these new controls in place, in three years time, Accuray’s revenues were able to grow from $2.7 million to $32.8 million and staff from 93 employees to 450.
