Financial Statement and Internal Controls (SOX) Audit.

Need:

Complete three years of financial statement and single year SOX audits. Help Sigma resolve stock option investigation & related accounting and tax issues.

Obstacles:

Pressure of NASDAQ delisting, limited client resources and an outdated Enterprise Resource Planning system.

Solution:

Armanino McKenna brought in a multi-disciplined team, including IT, Audit, Risk and Tax. Armanino McKenna brought closure to the stock-option investigation, and completed 3 years of audits in 3 months, enabling the company to return to status as a timely filer. This paved the way for Sigma to complete a $200 million follow-on offering in mid-2007. The company grew from $92 million in revenue in 2007 to $221 million in 2008.
